I'm working, my phone rings, I answer, no one responds, but there is someone there, then he speaks, "hi, hi Tina how are you, are you busy?"

I think to myself, hmmm, what is wrong with this man?
He says even before I can answer, "I don't beat around the bush so here's the deal, I like you, I've always liked you, I believe we can be great together, let's give dating a go and see where it takes us!"
My mouth is still opened, before I can again speak, he says, "think about it and I will call you in the morning, how about breakfast at The Metropolitan Hotel for 10:00 a.m., I will pick you up at 9:00 a.m., and he hangs up.

Now, ladies, if you were me, what would you do :) ?

I find it all very hilarious.  He made it clear to me before our little affair that it is what it is, a fling which we flung, now he's INLOVE!  Foolish man. (I will admit he is a mad cutie ;)

Th Douchebag Who Is a Lousy Breakerupper

Here we are at his family's thanksgiving 2004 and he turns to me and says, "T, I really do like you but my family so adores you that I'll have to break up with you, please don't hate me."

Lol, almost choking on my turkey wing, I look at him, smile, and excuse myself from the exciting convo of  "Why Uncle Timothy could not go to the garage to get his snowblower."  Naturally, he follows and then says, "don't feel bad, it's not you, it's ME!" Lmfao, isn't that always the kicker.  Doesn't he know that when a person says that, that's it's them, and not the idiot saying those words.  Lucky for him, I'm a super wonderful femme he was damn right it wasn't me, it was his out of timing, backyard thinking childish selfish self.

I got back to the table, and asked to say a few words, I said, "I have just been informed by your childish family member, Gregory, that he cannot continue to date me because you guys supposedly like me so, and he doesn't like that.  So please understand that I will not continue dining and will take my leave and Happy Thankisgiving!"  And I left.

He had the audacity to follow and say, "You Bitch."

I politely, walked up to him and punched him and busted his lip.  To the applause of his sisters etc. and drove off feeling like Foxy Brown!

Blackmail

While in The Bahamas, I came across my cheating boss (CEO).  Who left his very pregnant wife in Toronto to venture to The Bahamas with his silly, no sense having 21 year old bleached over blonde typical fluffuff.  I didn't threaten to blackmail him, however, the pics I got of them will surface somewhere, somehow.

I live this sexstyle because I can.  I'm not involved with anyone, therefore I'm not cheating on anyone, however, when you are involved, married, it's not ok to go about grossly cheating on your spouse.

And now that I'm done with my moral act :) I'll go about the rest of my day.  Time to get back into the dating swim I've been on for the longest while.

What if,

you were friends with this girl and she and your sis had a tit-for-tat, no fault of your sis, naturally you side with your sis.  You did not end the friendship however, you later found out that the other woman later trashed both you and your sis elsewhere and to others, naturally you confront her about it, and that's when you ended the friendship.  years go by without so much of a word to eachother even when seen in public, then one day you find out one your best friend is still friends with her.
What do you do?

I am enjoying this inter-office co-mingling which is totally forbidden.

Black People, please

I was catching up on some Canadian news via the neighbourhood newspaper and I just have to wonder why do we as black people need to draw so much unnecessary attention to ourselves. Isn't life hard enough being a visible minority, do we really need to do things that will make others and even some of your own look at you/us with contempt and total disgust?
The answer is, no we need no further attention.

why this post because of some stupid black boys who killed an innocent man in his own home for no reason at all. The real kicker is, the one they looking for they found him of allll places, facebook, fully brandishing himself pretending to be holding a gun.

So freaking busy

Goodness, I know I came here to work, but this is ridiculous!  I have not come up for air since my last post, and FYI, I met the most gorgeous man at one of my meetings yesterday, and have not even had the time to "sample what he has to offer" yet.

Something about this place brings out the mayhem in people.  I watched a couple have sex on their balcony last night, :) It's very different watching people f*$k.  I got so turned on I called my boss, but he was SLEEPING!!!

The Boss & I

I know it's been said, to never mix business with pleasure, but, it was oh so good lol.  It didn't start out that way, I was very hesitant to start anything with him because, well, we work together, at least sometimes.  One thing that makes it good is that we're not in each others space all the time.

I'm just waiting for the other shoe to fall and when it does I'm sure it will fall ridiculously hard!!!!!!!!  Somehow I'm waiting for him to say he's married, or living with his mother or has 14 children he does not support or some shit like that.

Like my gf told me this morning, "Tina, please don't do this, just relax and keep on being you and worry not about those things you can or cannot change."  I really don't like her at times, but, I'll follow her advice :).
