Single on Valentine's Day

Being single on what is "commercially exploited as the most LOVED DAY" in the year, is not a crime!  I rather enjoy it.  "If you can't find someone to love, then love the one you're with".

Personally, I will be loving the one I'm with, and that's ME!  I'll be going shopping momentarily to shop for some super lingerie, I've already booked my room at a great hotel for the wknd and am going to indulge myself in one of their couples spa specials, won't they be thrown for a loop when I waltz in Single, Sexy and Fancy FREE, :)

Point is ladies, and I'm addressing you all because sadly we are the ones who tend to fall into a slump if we don't have that 'special man' to be with on this billion dollar card generating so called special day, you are not less of a woman if you do not have a man or a woman to love you in that special way.  The world or your life will not come to a screeching halt if you are single on February 14, any year! 
Take yourself out and have fun.  If you have single girlfriends, get together do something great with eachother.  Don't be a dudd!!

Love yourself enough to know that you are the most special person EVER!!  Because truthfully, If you do not love yourself, how can you expect anyone else to?  CELEBRATE YOU!!

We Women are to be FEARED!

Oh how we love a good scandal, and this young not to be Mayor anymore has certainly learned his lesson, or so we hope, lol. 

How did this get out?  Well it's simple.

NEVER have sex with a vindictive 20 year old university student on the sofa in your office, text her and say, "you look really good naked," then go out and NOT introduce her as your girlfriend.  Because this will only turn on the Phoenix within her and the need for her 13.4minutes of destructive fame. Lol

I Have Always Said,

'That Beyonce' would look flat out dangerously destructive in a Carnival Costume.  If not Trinidad & Tobago's Carnival, then definitely Brazil.  And, I am glad to see that I was NOT wrong!  HOT TO DEATH!!

There are times,

when I am totally embarassed to be black, not just a black woman, but, black on the whole.  Sadly, when other loud talking, cussing black men and or women come around me, I can't stick around them, simply because the way they speak, and the way they murder the english language literally makes my skin itch.

There is no selfrespect, and if you do not have that for yourself, then you certainly do not have it for anyone else.

How is it you're going to get mad when another race uses the N-word, and so forth?  I've been told by some black people that 'IF only I really understood the plight of the blackMAN during slavery.....' and blah blah blah.  My thing is this.  Too many times we as black people reach for that always there 'race card', even when it's not called for, and use it as some sort of a crutch for reasons unbeknownest to me.   Yes, slavery was a horrible time for our people, and for many other races who have suffered at the hands of some madman subjacating races into slavery, but does that mean, you hold on to that FOREVER?  Keep holding onto that of the past and you will never leave the past.

My sis wants a credit card, but of course she can't get one, so we were looking into loadable cc's.  Well, I've never liked Credit cards you load yourself etc, and I'm sure they come in very handy for some people, however, after checking out ALL the fees that come along with this Opus mastercard, I have decided to just get an additional card for my sis.

Why date secretly?

Secretly dating is the most ridiculous thing ever.  I know a gentleman for over 11 years now, we're not super friends, however, we have the ability to just pick up from where we left off without skipping a beat, I recently saw him very much out of way in a little restaurant I love, and while I went over to say hi to him etc, he NEVER introduced me to the lady who he was having dinner with, so I introduced myself to her and in an instant he said to me,"yea, T I'll call you later" and ushered me away from the table. 

So when he called me and we were speaking, he mentioned to me that, 'he's never met a woman like her who makes him feel at ease and so calm and loved and all that.  Yet, she's not the one on a much larger scale.' 

I mean seriously, what the hell does that mean? lol.  It means some people are pigs, that's what it means!

Personally I believe you must never waste another person's time by using them for such a long time then turn around and hide them from the rest of the world.  Sooner or later that person will open their eyes and LEAVE!

It is a very very VERY selfish act!

Interesting Facebook Groups

Ok, so I have not gone through ALL of the groups on facebook, however, I came across:

• Men that suck and the women that love them
• Women who love older men *with a profile pic of Paris Hilton as their mascot*
• Women who love heavy men
  What I find interesting about ONE of these groups is the description:
  Description:LADIES THAT DONT LOVE SKINNY ASS MEN, OR PRETTY BOYS WHO CARE TOO MUCH ON WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE.
  With that type of description are we to assume that the men are all grossly fat and out of shape, with long ass beards, and moustaches that grow into eachother, riding around in pickup trucks, and or motorbikes, with a hounddow names Rufus who is partially deaf and blind, who don plaid shirts, with Hanes white undershirts cowboy hats and have tattoos?   
  
  That type of desciption just begs the question, "do these women think that non-fat men care only about their looks?" Of this I am certain is partially NOT true.  I've seen some chubby men, who take such great pride in how they look and they are not conceited etc.  These women are probably the ones who look like men and who are just willing to take any man that will glance their way.
  
  I'm sure there are oh so much more, but, I don't care to seek them all out at this particular moment

PlanB the answer to MANY WOMEN.  I've never used this, however, today I saw the relief on a teenagers face while she and her 3 gf's huddled around her at the local shopper's drug mart to purchase said, 'plan'.

Now, I know some of you out there would say stuff like, "she shouldn't be having sex anyway, and, that's what she got for having sex, some of you may even have gone so far as to blaming parents etc."  But, truth be told, "she would have done what she wanted to do ANYWAY.  Whether she had the world's most perfect parents who spoke to her about the consequences of having sex at such a young age etc."

I say good stuff that we have this 'planB', I'm sure many, MANY women of past centuries and generations WISHES this was around in their time.
